Rates:
*Low Season (September through February, excluding holidays): $80.00 per night. *High Season (March, April, May, June, July, August): $90.00 per night.
*Holidays (Christmas and New Years Holidays): $120.00 per night.

Additional Costs and Policies:
*one-time $65 cleaning fee applies depending on the length of stay.
*Florida sales tax of 13%.
*$200.00 deposit to guarantee reservation.
*Full payment is due 30 days prior to checkin.
*Non-smoking Unit.
*No pets.
